Some autistic people are married, have a family, a job, friends... are they still considered "disabled" or would that it be terribly insulting to describe that way?
The way that you posit this question is terribly insulting to disabled people. Why would you think that being disabled would exclude a person from any of these things?
But to answer your question, it depends on the individual. Some autistic people identify as disabled, others do not.
